The tour will be viewed inside a pop up window. If no popup window appeared on the upper left of your screen, then your Windows XP's pop up blocker is Blocking the Tour window or your security settings are too high restricting the applet viewer which is what our tours run on. Because they allow 360 degrees of view and not merely pictures our tours must run in this way.

Try looking below the address bar when you click on to view a tour. If you are running on Windows XP2, you will see the following information just under the address bar:"To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file showing active content that could access your computer. Click here for options.".

Click there and Then choose "Always Allow Blocked Content from this site". Now you can retry. This will allow you to view the tours from this site always.

You can set as follow in order to avoid the security prompt. Access your Internet Explorer menu: Tools>Internet Option, and set as below:

Also look to see if a pop up blocker is recording the number of kills its blocking. If so, right click that Icon and see if it will give you the option to disable pop up. Then retry.

If You are on Dial up, the tour will be very slow slow due to the large size of the files and maybe unviewable since this is a movie tour with 360 degrees of movement involved. So you may want to view it on a high speed connection only.

If you are getting the window but then just an "x" in the upper left hand corner then you must download JAVA software in order to run these tours. A "x" means you have no software installed that can run our tours.

Download it here for free.
